Simply trying to get a history of my home repairs to facilitate the sale of my home. After sitting on hold for 30 minutes was told by one of your reps that she would email that history.
I got an email and it was a solicitation for a NEW contract. WHAT?!! This was followed up by two phone calls asking if I would like to purchase a AHS contract. I've been with you for ten years?
Tried it again several days later.
Once again a 30 minute hold time.Still never furnished with summary. Ridiculous that you can't provide this to your customers.
Issue never resolved. This is unfortunate since I have always had good service on repairs.
