I received a notice on March 20, 2013 that my home warranty contract would not be renewed for the upcoming year. No explanation was given.
I have been a customer for approximately 10 years and have other services that are provided by the same corporation that owns AHS. I called and the reason I was given is that the cost of my claims over the years exceeds some guideline set by the insurance company that underwrites the claim service and I have no recourse to prevent them from taking this action.
I informed them that I will be looking at canceling my other services that I have with their other companies and I wanted that reflected in my AHS record.
