My pool heater wouldn't work called and they sent one of their representatives who left a door hanger to show they had been. I then got a call to tell me the part that was damaged part was't covered under the contract and had I not read it?

When you read the contract they have a get out on every single item supposedly covered.

When I called to ask for a written quotation for the repair this was not possible despite the fact I paid a $100.00 call out fee. They offered me a second opinion at no cost to myself, I said okay and waited for over a week and then called back the representative said she had no idea why I was offered this in the first place.

I am so unhappy with the level of service I cancelled the contract
