AHS has been nothing but a problem and has fixed one item covered under the warranty correctly. It took 6 months and 3 service providers to fix that one item but they did manage to pull it off.

Where the cost comes into play is the amount of time you will waste on the phone, taking time off from work for technicians to come over multiple times. They will always send a *** job company out first that will either make the situation worse or state they cant fix it. Then you have to call in and complain until they assign a new company that actually knows what they are doing. You can tell who those companies are because they will let you know how bad AHS is to work for and most of them split ties with AHS shortly after signing on.

In summary, AHS is as close as you can get to a legal fraud in modern society. They are not out to provide a service or a product for the consumer, they are simply running a numbers game and railroading customers and contractors along the way.

P.S., if you ask them to do their jobs and actually stand up for yourself, they simply drop your contract and don't allow you to re-new. Not that I would have ever done so but I thought it was funny I received the attached letter in the mail.
