Our water heater went out during a freezing temperature week. We called many many times.
No one ever answered, even staying on the line literally for hours, hearing the phrase that the next available operator would answer. Finally got hold of them by calling their billing line. Being we are elderly and couldn't take freezing cold showers, we called our own local repair company. AHS refused to pay anything since we didn't contact them first.
My husband informed them that if the internet was the only way to file a need for service - what about people with no internet service??? The lady on the other end had NOTHING to say.
Didn't even say she would connect us to customer service. We paid for the repair ourselves, and will now look into a different company.
