I hade them to come to unstop my tub and needed someone to looke at my tub in the master bathroom to look at the jet system in my whirlpool tub. I was told we had to have someone to take the front panel off in order for them to look at it.
Mind you, I have no idea who that would be, as I am a widow with an elderly mom and two teen-aged daughters. The tub doesn't even look like it can be taken apart. I was told to get a contractor. In that case why on earth would I even need American Home Shield if they can't repair it but claim to have the ability to do so.
How I wish I could find my own personal handyman. The $75.00 service charge is too much for those who are on a fixed income.
