I have been on the phone , trying to get someone to repair my refridgertor that has not been working for over 2 months...I let the first one go, and american home shield, said I would have sears come, they also cancelled, then they don't ever tell me, they change service company. It is GE, they never called me, to set up an appt.
Now I have asked the last two days to speak to a manager. Yesterday, then told me I would have a manager call me in the morning...I am still waiting to speak to a manager...I called again today and told them no manger called me this morning...They put another request. Today, then told me, that there is no work order in the system...I asked who cancelled????
They can't find someone ti call your tenant. Guess I have to call the better business bureau.
