Logged a request for service on 12/22/17, receive a voicemail on Saturday 12/23 and returned the call. A serviceperson showed up on 12/28 and informed us he was not qualified to repair a "2 stage heat pump".
Another Company was dispatched on 12/29 told us the 8 year old Trane system was beyond repair and they were going to submit the paperwork for replacement. On 3 different occasions this week myself or my wife attempted to reach an AHS rep on the phone, but after more than an hour on hold gave up.
Have not heard from AHS since then. I did get a text from the HVAC contractor on 1/3 indicating the paperwork was submitted to AHS Electronically several days prior.
