I am the daughter of Gloria Allen at 1851 Kipling Drive Dayton Ohio 45406 my mother is 80 yrs old and has been without heat in her home for 4 weeks today. She contact American Home Shield on November 4,2020, a service man from Hubbs Heating and Air 6784 Loop Road Suite 205 Centerville,Ohio 45459 (9**)**5-4339 was sent out Thursday November 5,2020 and stated he had to order a part and he would be back on Monday Nov.

9th 2020.When no one showed up Monday we called to see what time he would be coming and was told it would not be until Nov.18th 2020 on Nov.18 2020 service man came part didn't fit again and he would be back on Nov.23rd, 2020 On Nov.23rd 2020 part didn't fit again but the Tech would have her heat on by Thanksgiving, that didn't happen we were told it would be the Nov.30th2020.

Returned on Nov.30th part didn't fit again. Return Dec.1st 2020service man did a diagnostic test and said she needs a new furnace. NOW she waiting for AHS Authorization Department approval which take 48 hours or longer to get an answer. THIS HAS GONE ON LONG ENOUGH.

My question is will all the wrong parts ordered be deducted from the cost of the furnace and repairs if approved by AHS. This has cause so much inconvenience for my mom and her health .She's

afraid to leave her because they've come without calling before and she doesn't

want to miss them it's winter in temperatures 25 -35 degrees My mom has been with AHS for over 20yrs a very faithful customer .Can someone PLEASE help us with this.
