Central air went out, Sat. June 15, called AHS Sunday June 16th, Monday June 17th they give me name of man to fix my system, said he would call. No response, called back on 1 p.m. on Monday, they call him, leave another message, no response. Tuesday 7 a.m. I call to say I haven't heard from anyone, they said would call him, nothing, they leave a message. Then Judy at AHS says wait till 11:00 a.m, no response, it is now 6:30 p.m. no response...
What a joke, can't believe I was suckered into paying 500.00 for coverage for my house and I have to call 4 times just to have them do their job and get someone to call me....NEVER AGAIN.
had to get someone else at a reputable company to come fix my central air, $532.00 later
