I had a raw sewage leak. I used the web site and requested a plumber.
A few hours later I got a call from the plumber who said I could have an appointment in 6 days. I explained the emergency and said I needed immediate help. No chance . I called AHS and was on hold for 70 minutes trying to get them to send me another plumber.
I am convinced that they do not answer the phone.I called another plumber myself and he came within an hour. I paid him $180. Today the next day I am trying to get my $75 prepayment back. Called and was told via recording it would be over 1 hr wait.
I called the sales department because they are the only ones to answer the phone. The first woman put me in the 1hr wait line.
I called again and was given the chance to explain my story to the sales guy. He did make notes in my file but could not really change anything.
