Here is what I sent to AHS.
My AC has been down for a month now and its extremely HOT in Texas.
No communication from your company or the vendor. Texas residents doesnt like service members being taken advantage of so my next course of action will be to reach out to my local News station.
Your call center is disappointing and should be located within the CONUS I cant understand them and Ive ask to be transferred to the actual company but that never happens.
Also whats the point Id having a warranty company if i have to come out of pocket 1000 dollars. Since its taken over a month to fix the problem I had to put temp ACs
units in my house so there which is raising my electricity bill.
AHS should eat the total cost of the repair for that simple fact!
