American Home Shield - No air conditioning for six months and now toxic black mold in duct work
The drama with American Home Shield continues. After sending HVAC contractor without license due to even do business in Huntsville and sIx months without air-conditioning my home has tested positive for toxic black mold in the air ducts.
According to my attorney, I need to settle my issue with AHS because toxic black mold damage even when caused by neglect and malfeasance is not covered by American Home Shield.
This industry is comparable to yet pay day lending industry. Attorney generals of all states need to take action and outlaw this fake warranty service.
HOUSE for sale with toxic black mold - Make an offer.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Location: Huntsville, Alabama

Couldn't agree more about AHS truly pathetic response to customer needs (and the fact that action should be taken on behalf of the many they've defrauded in this way).
We've had similar experiences with these folks and know of others that have had the same. One has to wonder how they get away with this for so long.
Good luck with dealing with them -I suspect you'll need it.
