I have spent 2 days trying to get AHS to understand that I have already had a contractor to come out and diagnose the problem with my AC. No luck, they continue to try to force their contractor down my throat.
I have had dealings with this contractor who is not responsive, misses appointments and drags out the process over a long period of time. I've tried to voice my concerns with AHS, but there is no one to talk to. Every phone number on the internet will take you back to the same VRU which doesn't help at all.
When you talk to a customer (lack of) customer service representative, they will only say that their job is to follow the process. I guess when the home warranty service is part of nationwide cleaning service, you get cleaned.
