In May 2021 our AC stopped working. We immediately filed an appropriate claim.

We are now going into July and have had to spend money for hotels, husband is disabled and with Temps of 85 degrees in house his health is declining. The HVAC company came out. The part they need to repair unit doesn't exist. My husband and I both call AHS repeatedly and speak to representatives that do not speak English or understand it well.

Ask over and over for a supervisor to call us back and nothing. This is gross negligence at this point.

In a situation like this, rather than make a family incur financial hardship and physical illness, the warranty company should have replaced the unit. If I don't have answers by tomorrow my Attorney will be involved as well as better business bureau and News channels

User's recommendation: Don't even consider this company.

Monetary Loss: $1000.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

American Home Shield Pros: No good.

American Home Shield Cons: Lied about their service, There no one to handle calls that need be expedite, Waiting on hold for 35 minutes which is ridiculous.
