Hello, I have been with AHS for a long time, but this service request created a problem. It was created 6-17-22 and completed mid July.
I have two a/c systems in my house and they have always been serviced together when I had a problem in the past. This time when I did the service request online it just asked what system is broken (no way the specify further) I paid the service fee, but the technician said he needed another work order to look at the other A/C unit. My contract is for an up to 5 ton system, the unit that was services is 2 ton. I need the remaining unit serviced without paying another service fee.
I am unable to reach anyone on the phone to assist me with this. Please help me.
