I called American Home Shield on the evening of April 28, 2018 and requested that my service with AHS be cancelled as of that date. I was assured by the representative that it would be taken care of. Since that time, AHS has continued to take my payment out on the first of each month. Thus far, May, June, July, and August have been withdrawn from my checking account. I also sent an email requesting that the service be cancelled. I have gotten no action whatsoever. I was a loyal and pleased customer for 15 years and to be treated like this is an insult. PLEASE, PLEASE cancel my service and refund the payments that were withdrawn in error.
