MY DRYER STOPPED WORKING, WE CALL FOR A WORK ORDER IN WHICH LA APPLIANCE CAME OUT ON 4/03/18 AND STATED NEEDED A NEW MOTOR AND ROLLER SHAFT. I WEEK LATER WE CALLED FOR STATUS UPDATE AND WAS TOLD THESE PARTS WERE NO LONGER AVAILABLE AND HAD TO BE MADE. ON APRIL 27,18 CALLED AGAIN FOR STATUS UPDATE PARTS STILL NOT IN BUT WAS ASSURED ARE WORK ORDER WOULD BE COMPLETED BY MAY 5,18 ACCORDING TO HOME SHIELD AND LA APPLIANCE.

WELL HERE WE ARE TODAY MAY 14TH AND NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE, SO

ANOTHER CALL WAS MADE FOR STATUS UPDATE TO LA APPLIANCE AND

HOME SHIELD. ACCORDING TO LA APPLIANCE PART STILL NOT IN AND NOT SURE WHEN IT WILL COME IN. HOME SHIELD STATED PART STATED PART SHOULD BE IN NEXT WEEK IF NOT TO CALL BACK AND THEY WILL SEE IF YOUR SERVICE DEPT CAN FIND THE PART, ANOTHER DELAY.

7 WKS LATER STILL NO DRYER.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Fact i keep getting the run around.
