No matter what time a day it is or what day of the week you will always be on hold more than 30 mins before you can get someone on the phone... Every time we've called the wait time the system responds is 1 hour. Which is pretty accurate except for the fact it takes longer to get through.

Huge scam in the wait time and resolution for any problem.

LOL....I have been trying to cancel my service for 3 days now which you cannot do on line. On hold for 35 minutes, then that person couldn't help...transfer, on hold for 10 minutes, she needed to get a supervisor, transfer....then a recording that since the wait time would be more than 2 minutes request a call on line....click (from them) Filled out form, no call back, called yesterday and spoke to a human who said someone will get back to me in 24 hours. That has not happened....will try again today.
