Called for dishwasher repair. AHS asked for the service to be pre-paid $75. Did it. Decided to buy a new dishwasher and cancelled the appointment several days prior. This was early September! They said they credited my bank the $75. they have NOT. THAT'S WHY I'M CALLING! They told me I had to send a copy of my bank statement to prove I hadn't received the payment. WHAT?!?!?!? We were on the phone for over an hour. Now this has been escalated to "upper management". Expect a return call in 24-48. Yeah, right...
Customer service just sucked. Thieves. It's plain and simple. We are on two months now. My fault for engaging them in the first place.
I have begun proceedings to get my money back. Not getting away with it this time, AHS.
