I paid my hundred dollars for them to come out I called them and told the electrician I told them that I needed a remote my remote was broken they came out my fan is on in the ceiling the remote is not a remote that I just bought because I didnt want to pull a chain or do a switch the remote is part of the fan the remote is broken I did not put it in muddy water which they said I did its in my living room and theres no muddy water there I dont understand why they just cant fix the remote and be done with it I called your customer service and its like talking to a wall they dont understand English its sad for me to have to say that but there are no help at all I tried to explain to them now they want to charge me another hundred dollars I am a widow senior citizen and I cant afford this its enough to pay your payments every month please help me galelittle 76021****
