We started July 8th and by the middle of August, after three different vendors, missed appointments and unreturned calls, we gave up and bought an air conditioner ourselves. We were heartbroken with our terrible service. Never will we use AHS again on our property or any of our rentals.

Currently going through the same thing. They sent Total Air out.

These are the worst business people I've ever met. But I guess when you become a preferred vendor, customer service goes out the door.

The AC company hold time is over a hour and so is AHS. This is beyond frustrating
