They have done pretty well up to now but we got some real issues at this point.Our washer has been down for 10 + days very very nasty here without support of a washer. At this point I am being told its been expedited by AHS however SEARS the people providing a Technician and the part are saying parts are not available and will not be available before January 10th 2018 estimated no guarantee it is ever going to be shipped!!
THE Other issue is got a letter before all this happened telling us that AHS would no longer be offering service in HAWAII after the existing contracts with current customers expire!
So my question is there a CLASS ACTION going against these guys already? If not maybe there should be?
