June 9, 2020, Refrigerator stopped cooling. We placed a claim with AHS, they scheduled Active Appliances (they pride themselves with 25 year excellent service on the phone) They sent a serviceman who does not speak English, the way he communicated was an app on his phone.
He said nothing is wrong, maybe it will be back. We called again and again, they came more than four times, every time they said we need some parts, it turned out to be the same parts were needed, but they could never get the correct parts. It is now, September 29, 2020, the refrigerator is still not fixed. AHS, besides making you wait for hours on the phone until they answer, they also hire the worst companies for the repairs.
Not very happy with their service. They should hire better servicemen, more customer service reps to answer the calls, and they should offer better service. We are contemplating changing to another Home Warranty Insurance company for both of our properties. Read all their contractor's reviews.
You'll find out they all have very low rating.
Here is an update to this issue. They were supposed to because they had scheduled another appointment for today, between 12:00 and 5:00 P.M. They didn't show up, and they didn't call. I had to go on their site to check what happened.
They have another posting saying we have to call and get another appointment. No reason was given.

Preferred solution: Fix or fully replace the refrigerator .
