American home shield sent Allstate plumbing of Kaysville UT to fix a simple leak. After delaying the service call for several days, the water had dried up and Allstate told me that there were definately no leaky pipes in the house but to watch the foundation for cracks and seeping water.
After paying several contractors to find or repair the so-called "foundation leak", and more "water events" of wet carpet and flooring I had another contractor look at the plumbing and within 15 minutes they had found a leaky pipe.
Allstate would not accept liability for any of the damages, and worse yet they still wouldn't even fix the leaky pipe but said that I need to remove all of the cabinetry to "create access". Then with the cabinetry (and plumbing that goes through it) removed, they refused to re-connect the drain pipes or even do the rough in so that I could re-install the cabinets and sink.
