Do Not sign up with them. Get a property manager and pay for the repairs.
Nothing but trouble with AHS. And to cancel you will be on hold for hours! Don't know how they get away with it....You might think you got lucky when you finally get into their phone queue, but after being on hold for 15 minutes or so - they just disconnect you. Nothing worse than a company that is not responsive to their customers.
If they are just so "busy" because they are so "good", they should hire more help to answer the phones. Stay away from this company that holds their customers in contempt.
