Well like everyone else, this company SUCKS. They are not AMERICAN and should not have that in their title at all.

Customer service is from some foreign county. Broken English from every person I talked with. Fridge has been broken about 2 weeks now (still not fixed) and the blame game is full on.

As soon as this project is complete I am cancelling and they can go #%@ themselves. and the foreigners also.

Product or Service Mentioned: American Home Shield Customer Care.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

American Home Shield Cons: Being on hold, No communication, Supervisors no help, Lack of service and zero follow up, Being displaced for over a week and no end in sight.

Why don’t you get it fixed yourself, and how did you expect them to spend the money fixing it, when you don’t want to? Why don’t you just go buy a new fridge?

Why would you invest in a bogus home warranty? Please enlighten as to why people do this?!? Was it a gift from a realtor?

Did you get this policy as part of your real estate package? Or did you truly believe they can *** out new appliances and foot costly repair bills?
