I cant believe the quality of your customer service! On November 16 I requested service for my toilet leaks. My debit card was charged right away for $100. After several days of not hearing from the contractor (they were given a very old phone number. Which I changed on the website AND called customer service about, but he was still given the old number). I finally made an appointment for several days later. In the meantime my husband fixed the toilet. I called on November 23 to get my refund. After a very long call (he called the contractor to verify they didnt service the toilet), I was assured I would receive my $100 back in a few days. ONE WEEK LATER on November 30 I CALLED AGAIN. This person told me the previous person did not submit a refund for me! She assured me that she fixed it. FIVE DAYS LATER and still no refund. DO I NEED TO CALL AGAIN?

Not only the *** service, but you have increased my new rates drastically! I am researching other companies.
