New ReviewerI have called 12 times, many put on hold for up to an hour and cannot get them to add more to my existing contract. I have been a customer with them for 15 years.The people at their call centers are very polite but they do not do what they said they would.
The contract # showing online is completely different to the one I was given over the phone.I have asked them to mail me an updated agreement for a month and am still waiting.They also asked for a lump payment to update which i was agreeable to, seems fair.
Next sales person asked for a different amount to update so I stopped payment on the first amount.
Now they are saying I am in arrears. Really?????
The sales people all agree that it is their error and apologise profusely but never correct it!
Any suggestions????
User's recommendation: Do not deal with this company unless you want to get shady repair men and answers to your questions passed from one call center to another.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
