I've BEEN PAYING PREMIUMS FOR A ABOUT A YEAR AND HALF. I MADE A CALL YESTERDAY MORNING BECAUSE MY WATER HEATER WAS LEAKING BADLY.

AFTER 12:43 SEC. SOMEONE PICKED UP. I WAS TOLD THAT THE ONLY SERVICE COMPANY AVAILABLE?? WOULD BE ABLE TO COME THE NEXT DAY OR POSSIBLY LATE THAT DAY.

LONG STORY SHORT...THEY CAME OUT LATE AND NOW ARE TELLING ME AHS WON'T COVER ALL REPAIRS. NOW, IN MY CONTRACT IT IS VERY CLEARLY WRITTEN; "WATER HEATER-COVERED ALL COMPONENTS AND PARTS". NOW, AHS IS TRYING TO SAY THEY WON'T COVER DUE TO A 'CODE VIOLATION'?!? MY HOUSE WAS C/O IN 2005 AND THE WATER HEATER HAS NEVER BEEN TOUCHED SINCE.

HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE? EVEN THE SERVICE COMPANY THEY PROVIDED HAS NO IDEA WHAT AHS IS TALKING ABOUT. THIS IS NOT WAHT YOU THINK. WHAT THIS IS...

THIS IS A TYPICAL INSURANCE COMPANY, BUT WORSE! THEY WILL FIND EVERY EXCUSE AND EVEN SOME THAT ARE COMPLETELY FALSE JUST SO THEY DON'T HAVE TO PAY!

SAVE THE PREMIUMS IN A SAVINGS ACCOUNT AND PAY FOR THEY WORK YOURSELF. WORST MONEY EVER SPENT!!
