Ahs has sent seven repair people over 13 weeks (all ordered new parts which didn"t work.I have been without a refridgerator-freezer since early Sept. This is not acceptable or reasonable.
AHS says they won't cover new appliacne until cost of repairs exceeds new refridgerator. That could take months or years. When does insurance have to kick in? Who can I contact?
Mine is GEMonagram built-in refrig-freezer which will cosr over $7500. to replace. AHS will only cover $5000. so I certainly hoped for a successful repair so I don't have to spend several thousand dollors.
