Oh goodness.... my aunt had hot water heater issues in March and the company that installed it did such shoddy work that American Home Shield offered her a recall resolution which involves another service fee and sending the same company that charged her $760 plus a service fee for a new hot water heater to come back to MAKE IT RIGHT!

My aunt is 77 years old and asking her to pay more money for their incompetent service is fraud or disgusting or foolish.

I’m not sure what American Home Shield real business is but they’re good for selling WOLF TICKETS. It should be against the law how well they RIP people off!

I didn't like: It fails on promises and services.

The foolish part is right. She should’ve checked with a local small business to compare what they would charge to do the job.

She probably spent more on non-covered charges than the entire job would have cost.

And she would not be having it redone now. A 77-year Old should know better than to believe an insurance company will do a good job on anything.
