My hot water heater broke on a Saturday 12/2 and I called and was told the plumber would notify me in 24 hrs. I did receive the call from the plumber and they would be at my house first thing on Tuesday morning 12/5.
They came and said a new hot water heater was needed and submitted the request before they left. 12/7 called AHS for an update and the heater had not been authorized yet but the request would be expedited and I would hear back. Called again on 12/8 it get an update and after waiting 30 minutes to speak to someone, I was told the hot water heater was scheduled for delivery 12/14. At this point , I just want to cancel the order and go get a hot water.
This is the first time I have used AHS and based on this experience I will not renew and would not suggest this company to anyone. Horrible service.
