Hot water heater was leaking. The hot water heater is 13 years old.
AHS sent out a technician who indicated additional non covered cost to install. Technician also required cash or cashiers check to cover non covered cost. When I questioned the additional work, technician refused to explain and left. When I called AHS, the informed me they would not transfer to another company, which shows some complicity on their part in this scheme, but would only offer a payout.
After this is over, I am cancelling contract with them and reporting to Better Business Bureau. This is simply fraud!!!!!!

Monetary Loss: $450.
Preferred solution: Refer to another company to perform services. The resolution process is unacceptable..
I didn't like: Phone call wait times are 30-45 minutes, Service not finish.
