I have used this company for two years and reluctantly singed up for the second year this march. Being an experienced Realtor I know how this game works for all such companies: contract with mediocre local vendors who do poor work and need to come back twice for double fees of 75.00 when something truly goes wrong and replacement is needed it is in "process: in our case for 28 days without a washer.

Cancellation took me Indonesia 3x with no help and scripting, then by accident I pressed the wrong button on the main line and got US offices. They will not refund the remaining policy for 8 months and want to charge me 70.00 to cancel.

Unbelievably poor service on all fronts. Stay away.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $900.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

American Home Shield Cons: Poor vendors response and skill set.

Being an experienced realtor, you knew better from the start, yet still, here you are. May I ask, why? By the way, the contractors are not looking for double the service fees, the contractors are looking for non-covered charges and denials.
