Have the most expensive home warranty coverage. I submitted a request for service on December 28, 2017 and did not hear back from anyone for next 24 hours.
I called the 800 number and was promptly notified via voice prompts that it would be over an hour before a rep responded. It was indeed over an hour before i got to talk with someone. All they could tell me that a service vendor will call within 24 hours.
It is January 4, 2018 ( 6 days later) and i have been on hold for 55minutes to inform them that I still have not been contacted yet. By the way, this was an emergency with my well pump.
