Plumbing leak detected on Sunday 05/20/18, water dripping from second floor bathroom through ceiling onto first floor hardwood floors. Made service request with AHS same day.
Their contractor left me a message Monday afternoon and when I called him back got no response, told him to please call me ASAP. Contractor made no further attempt to contact me over next 36 hours. I called AHS Wednesday 05/23/18 to advise and they switched me to another plumber without telling me that gave the new plumber another 2 days to resolve the problem.
So now I am looking at no repair prior to Friday 05/25/18 (five business days AFTER initial call for service). AHS further stated any damage to my hardwood floors would not be covered.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $1500.
Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Fraud, Lack of vendor follow up, Incompetent help, Wait time.
