Contacted AHS on a Friday for air conditioning problems. Temperature was 111 degrees in Arizona.
Waited 42 minutes to speak to anyone. Was told by sales associate they would expedite the request; however, finally 22 hours later got a call stating the quickest they could get anyone out to our home was Monday. We ended up calling someone ourselves and paying out of our pocket so needless to say, the contract with them will be canceled. You can't wait three days in Arizona to get air conditioning fixed.
The sales associates were not even apologetic and almost bordered on being rude.
Terrible, terrible customer service. Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
