Contacted AHS on June 12 regarding reimbursement for our washing machine. I was informed that it would be “5-7 business days for a check to arrive”.

I called again over a week and a half ago and I was informed that it would be now be 7-10 business days for our check to arrive. I called yesterday and was then informed it would be 10-14 days for a check to arrive. I asked to speak with a supervisor regarding their rep and how rude she had been. I was left on hold for an hour and eighteen minutes.

The rep finally came back on the line and informed me that a supervisor was not available but would contact me within an hour. I am still waiting this morning for a call.

I have tried repeatedly to reach someone at their “Corporate Offices” ALL phone numbers listed online connect me to the same group of people I’ve dealt with before. This is the most disgusting display of customer service I have ever encountered.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $632.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Arrogant nature of their replies, Horrible service all around.
