We had a leaky pipe a few months back. We had our home inspected and the inspector informed us that the same pipe was still leaking and had been for a while.

We called AHS to see if we could have the situation corrected, preferably for free considering we already paid for it once. We waited to be connected to a customer service representative for almost 2 hours, and then received absolutely no help. The customer service representative who assisted us told us her name was Shirley. We told our situation to her and she informed us about the 60-day policy.

We explained that we would have had no way of knowing if I was still leaking considering it was an our crawlspace and we don't go down there ever. During this entire conversation, we were talking to her professionally and calmly only to have her literally laugh at us. Laughing at our frustration was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. It only made our frustration worse.

We are very upset about this. Because of a combination of faulty repairs and horrible customer service, we definitely won't be signing with AHS again.
