A recent request for AC service in Fresno, CA was assigned to a contractor who failed to show up for 9 days and 4 appointments. AHS had no one else to service the policy. I suggest to ALL California policy holders who have had horrible experiences to go to:

AHS has a fiduciary responsibility to adequately service their policy holders, which the do not do."
In my complaint, I also referenced all the YELP reviews whose stories were exactly the same as mine.
I cancelled my policy, as I cannot have tenants without air on temps over 100 for 10+ days.
Additionally when I tried to phone their customer service number, hold times were in excess of 45 minutes.
Reason of review: Warranty issue.
Monetary Loss: $500.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
