This company is horrible, DO NOT engage them. I am on my 4th year of a faulty AC unit, where every year it loses Freon.

Year one : the actually accused me of removing the Freon myself and billed me for ~$400 of Freon

Year two: the sent a technician who said they found the leak and repaired it and billed me for ~$400 of Freon

Year three : they had two different companies come out, run die tests, etc and billed me for ~$400 of Freon

Year four : they so far have had THREE different vendors come out and declare that they cannot find the leak.

They are now suggesting a FOURTH..I guess four times is the charm?????

I know their game plan. It is to frustrate me to the point where I simply allow them to refill it for another year (at my expense), or get so frustrated that I replace the unit at my own cost. Interestingly enough, a couple weeks ago, one of their agents said that he could see it had been approved for replacement, but they are mysteriously "unable to find that call recording"

I have spent literally hours on the phone with them, their customer service is horrible, their escalation process is horrible. One agent this morning said she literally could not transfer me to escalation or to her supervisor because she was working from home.

The second call was able to be transferred to escalations, who were equally useless and simply said that I had to have a fourth technician come out.

However, that fourth technician/company is not even allocated yet, as they cannot find one! WTAF. I suggested to one of the techs that once I was done with this issue, I was going to switch to another company and he actually said that AHS were the best of the worst out there, ie that as bad as they are, every other one was worse.

It's a scam, pretty pictures, fun posts about summer, when in reality, like any other insurance company, they take your money and do everything humanly possible to avoid living up to their policy commitments.

Don't do it, they are horrible, save the money every month and when something fails, pay direct, this company is horrible. People complain about Comcast support (I actually don't ) but this company is worse by a factor of 100!

Monetary Loss: $1200.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
