AHS on 5/3/18 assigned Royal A/C company to service our A/C. Royal A/C came to our home & added less than 2lbs of refrigerant to the A/C ( He claimed that he ran out of refrigerant) .
The serviceman, Henry did not diagnose the problem. I was charged $100 by AHS & $140 by Royal A/C. This was on a Friday. He claimed that he would leave the ticket open & return on Monday 5/ 7 between 8am - 1pm.
We waited the entire day for his arrival. We called Royal A/C & they claimed that they would reschedule the appointment. This scenario occurred on several occasions (5/8, 5/10, on 5/14 they claimed that he was at the wrong address in Baytown, Tx, & 5/18). Repeated complaints on this issue was conveyed to AHS.
On 5/18 I requested that another service company be assigned. On Saturday 5/19, I received a call from Royal A/C.
