American Home Shield - Happy to take your money but when it comes to actual insurance of replacing or explaining to a customer they are not home
Once they have you under contract they forget you. Terrible service: Expect to spend over an hour on hold waiting to speak to one of their employees.
I called a dozen times to get advise on next steps concerning a mechanic that wrote cannot be fixed on workorder ( which means replacement) . Six times went over an hour on hold BEFORE they answered. Then expect to talk with someone with all the interest and helpfulness that you expect being a customer. the completed the work order on my dashboard as in all was well , claimed I had to pay an additional $100 for a service fee and basically did not want to speak to me again on next steps.
every time there was a different excuse. Now 6 weeks into calling them on a daily bases there is still nothing happening .
