Twice this past year (2015) I had a repairman sent by you to fix a drip in my Grohe kitchen faucet. As soon as they saw the name "Grohe" I was told that it could not be fixed. The drip was off and on and at the time the repairmen came it was not dripping, but I told them where the drip came from (handle).
The leak became worth and I decided to call a Grohe dealer and was told to call Grohe and they would send a new cartridge FREE of charge. A friend installed it and all is well.
It cost me $150.00 to have twice a plumber from your organization for nothing.
I was really upset, that with all the Grohe faucets on the market, your plumbers would not have had any idea about Grohe's warranty.
