This company is a joke stay away, I have a rental property and the refrigerator stop working, so I called AHS. This was back in August.
They went out and couldn't fix the problem, so they said that they were going to send GE rep out. He arrived, didn't knock on the door, but left his card. So I finally get them out there, and they said that the motherboard stop working, and that there are no replacement parts. Now I have called, emailed and still nothing.
They keep telling me that they need a report (they have already been told that the item is not fixable from GE) I have asked what is in the report, and they won't tell me.
I believe that they are waiting on GE to tell them what the item is worth. I will be canceling all three of my contracts with AHS and not getting another, It's just easier to purchase the item out right instead of dealing with someone that you can barely understand.
User's recommendation: Stay away and save your monthly $ in another account and then buy a new one without the hassel!
Monetary Loss: $100.
Preferred solution: This company to go out of business...AHS could give me service for the rest of my life for free and I still wont take it!.
