I have been getting the run around with ahs for almost a month now i called in for service on the 24th of july due to for some reason my electric went out on my house i was kept being told my sercive was going to sent to dispatch and they will be contacting me then i called daily due to i was on vacation and that was all i can do then after the 3rd day i was approved for me paying out of pocket and yall paying me back since yor company could not find a contractor so i agreed and i hired on and he came out and fixed my hoyse lost everything in my frudge and my freezer due to your company not finding anyone so the day the electric was fixed i mailed the invoice to yall called yesturday and ofcourse yall have not received it in to weeks and i keep getting the run around for the address to get the auth.dept address i have already received 3 different addresses and this is my other email the one under my vontract is simm212003@yahoo.com

My AC , was out they sent out a repair service out to my home to fix it they could not fine the problem this went on for two weeks. so I end calling my repair guy.

he fix the problem in 30 minutes, I made a complaint to them but no one seem to care.

and they wan.t reimburse me for out pocket cost. I will be making some changes very soon ,
