We have a home warranty with AHS now for several years. Our furnace is not working properly, it can be set on 70 and will only show 64 on the thermostat and the house is cold.

First call into AHS was 12/15, a vendor came out stating they would need to order a part. A couple of weeks went by. Vendor returns and change the part which was not a fix. Furnace still not working cutting off and not heating.

Called AHS same vendor returns determine perhaps it is control panel. Vendor claim will order part. I called to file a complaint concerning vendor and was by AHS they would try to find another vendor (3/4/16). Receive a call from AHS suggesting we find a vendor and pay them and AHS will reimburse us.

I was told to call and check the do not call list. We called several vendors and once we mentioned AHS, we were told no way, they are the worst to work with. I called AHS back and informed them so, they sent the same sorry vendor back. Until this day we have not heard back from the vendor.

Followed up with AHS and was told they would check on the part.

Our next step is trouble shooters which will air them on TV. We are very disappointed and have had a cold winter with snow on the ground at times.
