After many attempts getting someone to come out and fix my stoppage problem finally a representative should later in the evening after I was told by AHS assured me that someone would be there between 1 pm and 3 pm it was 5:30pm after two plus hours and multiple plumbing tools nothing could be resolved
The rep stated that they would let AHS know that the problem could not be completed this was Jan 6
Expecting some kind of notification never came which I found suspecious so after three days waiting I decided to call AHS and was asked over and over if the rep showed yes yes yes but nothing was done we were told it takes two days before anything more can proceed I once again said"well it's been three days waiting..If I had not made the call to inquire I would stay be waiting...this is the worst experience since joining AHS please if there's anything you can do would be appreciated
