American Home Shield - Frustrated beyond belief for AC
Update: June 1 and the part still has not been officially ordered- still in the request status. They wont even expedite the shipping once it has been ordered .
May 5 I contacted AHS 5/5 for my AC.
As of last night5/26, the part may or may not have been ordered after numerous phone calls from me and from the contractor . Your representatives have lied that it was ordered and going to be delivered by 5/24 when in fact they cant find a tracking number . I have asked to speak to someone higher up and always, someone will call you. No one has called.
They claim that they didnt have all the information even though they have talked numerous times to the contractor. The part should have been overnighted. At this point , I have had to purchase window units.
I should be reimbursed. But most importantly , you all should not take a month just to order a part to the ac.
